CoinDuckling, Co-Founder
Duck is a traditional investment professional who got bit by the crypto bug in spring 2021. After years of watching crypto gains and not participating, decided he could no longer live with himself not having any crypto exposure and starting buying ETH. Which of course led to falling down the rabbit hole of NFTs and Defi, and now spends most of his days dreaming of what the future of Web3 will look like.
RumbleBadBoyz, Co-Founder
Corporate Strategy Consultant by Day and full NFT Addict by night. He was introduced to the NFT space in the summer of 2021 by fellow co-founder @CoinDuckling. As a Strategist and dreamer by nature, he can usually be found getting Duck in trouble with his wife for calling/texting him at odd hours about ideas for the NFT space.
Taylor Galford (@TheHeisman), Co-Founder & Artist
is an illustrator/animator from Murfreesboro, TN. He has a brand Genuine Colour, and is also known by the alias The Heisman (producer for Lil B.) His style ranges but can always be traced back to line drawings. Instagram/taylorgalford
Silence Dogood, Developer
Silence has been a web and JS pro for 9 years, recently making the plunge in Web3. He’s fascinated by DAOs and NFTs, and thinks it’s an amazing way to align human resources towards common goals. Every since he first heard about Ethereum in 2016, he’s been captivated by it. Silence is also the developer behind CryptoHoots and Shufflemint NFT Studio which this project will be the first to launch from.

What is Shufflemint?
Shufflemint is a tool to help NFT projects create generative NFTs. All you need to do is design the assets, import them into Shufflemint and you will be able to adjust weightings, remove bad combinations and more! It was used by the dev team to make the main collection of hoots. All Cryptohoot holders have access to the builder as well. CryptoChristmaz is excited to be the very first project to be launching via Shufflemint! Our Dev, @Silence Dogood was the man responsible for the studio's development and he has also joined our team for this project!
Is CryptoChristmaz partnering with ShuffleDAO?
Yes, we are allocating 50% of all proceeds from both our intial mint & secondary sales to the DAO.
What does partnering with ShuffleDAO means for CryptoChristmaz Holders?
The mechanics for the DAO are still being finalized, so I don’t want to share information that could change before the DAO goes live, but our sole reasoning for setting aside such a large percentage is to provide holders with as much value as possible.
If ShuffleDAO is still in under development, what happens to the ETH allocated for the DAO in the meantime?
We are establishing a MultiSig wallet that will be coded into the smart contract to receive 50% of all proceeds from the project. We will have 2 community members, voted on by the community, as signers of the wallet in addition to @RumbleBadBoyz and myself, requiring a 3/4 signs before the funds can be transferred.
What does ShuffleDAO do with the ETH receive by partnership programs?
The tokenomics for ShuffleDAO are still being worked on but this is not a tokenized vault of other NFTs. The team has been looking at how Nouns and SquidDAO operate as they have been working on ShuffleDAO. We will share specifics with the community when they are available.
What if for some reason ShuffleDAO never launches? What happens to the ETH?
We will leave it up to the community on how best to utilize the ETH held in the MultiSig wallet, if for some reason that were happen.
If I have more than 2 CryptoChristmas NFTs, can I only claim one from the new collection?
No! For every two CC NFTs you hold, you will be able to claim an NFT from the new collection for free.
When can holders expect the new collection?
We have already started working on the new collection and are expecting it to be ready by the 3rd week of January for holders to claim.
